The Business Challenge
Our client delivers the industry’s most comprehensive, integrated suite of applications for claims processing, estimating, shop and yard management, and business analytics. To support the flow of information between automobile repair shops and insurance agencies, they require a high-availability and secure enterprise application integration (EAI) infrastructure.
The Solution
Our Client worked with the founder and principal software engineer of Engroove to build a BizTalk 2000 Server-based solution for their enterprise application integration (EAI) requirements. The application facilitates the flow of industry-standard XML data between car shops and insurance carriers via channels such as FTP, MSMQ, and web services. In addition, a high-availability and scalable web services proxy was designed and developed to scan all attachments for viruses and route incoming SOAP messages to internal web services.
